The Coffee factories that established by HAMWI Company in the middle east varied between original Damascene coffee, Arab liquid coffee, instant coffee and Espresso with specialized brands as Al Hamwi, City Cafe, Unospresso, Uno Cafe, Zaman Cafe, Which make al Hamwi up to the evolution of the markets in the last two decades. Distinctive blend coffee that was offered to our clients won the admiration and loyalty and led to increasing the production. At the beginning of the nineties, The new generation of the family Sons of Mr. Muhammad Al Hamwi" especially Mr. Belal Al Hamwi started a new phase of construction and development by establishing the first factory in the middle east, in Damascus, which contains three complementary factories, the first for the original Damascene coffee, the second for the Arab liquid coffee and the third for the Italian Espresso, and this factory followed by another factory at 2003 located in Damascus Countryside under the name of City Cafe" for instant coffee production which also followed by another huge factory for the manufacture of all plastic bottles to ensure the purity of the products. Then, a factory established in DUBAI UAE at 2016, This process coincided with getting the company the International quality management with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001 and the Certificat of the safety of the global food system ISO 22000, HAMWI committed the quality of their performance and ongoing research and development to keep up with their clients around the world. تأسست شركة بن الحموي عام 1951 في دمشق - سورية على يد الســــيد محـــمد عبد الوهاب الحموي الذي عكس عشقه للقهوة بإحساس عالٍ للنوعية والجودة وحســــن الإدارة. خلطة القهوة المميزة التي كان يقدمها لزبائنه حازت على إعجابهم وولائهم وأدت إلى زيادة الطلب على منتجاته مما دفعه للتفكير بضرورة التوسع وفي بداية التســـعينيات قام جيل جديد في العائلة هم أبناء السيد محمد الحموي بقيادة الابن الاول السيد بلال الحموي وبدؤوا مرحلة جديدة من البناء والتطوير وذلك بإنشاء أول مصنع في الشرق الأوســــــط في دمشق عام 1998 يضم ثلاثة مصانع متكاملة الأول للقهوة الدمشـــــقية والثاني للقهوة العربية السائلة والمصنع الثالث لإنتاج قهوة الإسبريسو الإيطالية وتبعه مصنع آخر في ريف دمشق في عام2003 تحت "اسم ســــيتي كافيه" لإنتاج القهوة سريعة الذوبان والذي أُلحق بمصنع كبير لصناعة جميع العبوات البلاستيكيه الغذائيه لتعبئة الكريمروالشـــــوكليت والقهوة لضمان نقاء ونظافة جميع العبوات من البكتيريا الموجــوده في الهواء, ومنه لمصنع ثالث بمدينة دبي بالإمارت العربية المتحدة في عام 2016 ترافقت هذه المسـيرة مع حصول الشركة على شهادة نظام إدارة الجودة العالمية وفقاً لمتطلبات المواصفة القياسية العالمية الأيزو 9001 و شهادة نظام ســـــلامة الغذاء العالمية وفقاً لمتطلبات نظام سلامة الغذاء العالمي الأيزو 22000 تلتزم الحموي العالمية بجودة أدائها و البحث و التطوير المستمرين لإضافة قيمة حقيقية لمحبي منتجات الحموي العالمية حول العالم. لمحبي القهوة الدمشقية صافية كما هي، بكل ما تحملـــه حباتها من نكهة لتصلك نقيــــة وخالصــــة غنية بطعمها القوي، مميزة بقوامها لتستمتع بها دون إضافات.
