Administrative Assistant - Female
Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls, providing basic company information, and transfer calls to appropriate parties or takes messages.

2. Preparing letters and sending e-mails as requested.

3Preparing minutes of the meeting.

Setting up and managing paper and electronic filing systems, recording information, maintaining documents.

Managing and maintaining executives' schedules.

Making travel arrangements for executives, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.

Maintaining and updating contact lists.
-
Tracking, ordering, and maintaining office supplies.
-
Coordinating and directing housekeeping.
-
Operating office equipment, such as fax machines, scanners, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.

Helping in organizing events such as meetings, business lunches, and exhibitions.

Preparing information and research for executive needs.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum Two years prior experience in administration or secretary work.
-
Very good in the English language.
-
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Able to concentrate on multiple tasks at once.
-
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
