Job Overview:
Administrative / Social Media Assistant is responsible for ensuring an efficient operation for the company. Work closely with Social Media Manager to create engaging content for the clients’ social media platforms and presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused.
  • Assist Social Media management with large projects, events, and community management.
  • Manage social media communications.
  • Monitor social media accounts.
  • Create content, including text posts, images for use on social media.
  • Coordinate with social media influencer and partner networks. 
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories.
  • Experience of developing strategies across social media and digital marketing areas. Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Administrative Writing Skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to details and accuracy.
  • Ability to work with the team.
