Scope of the work:
 Responsible for helping and ensuring that projects run smoothly by performing a variety of administration and operations tasks
Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the project manager in delivering projects effectively as required by the PM.
  • Communicate with other units in the company to assure project constraints are met.
  • Oversee the project timetable and communicate with involved team members and partners to maintain major milestones
  • Follow up with the involved members to ensure the readiness of projects requirements
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of projects
  • Keep track of and assess in a report on project progress
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or information technology
  • Solid knowledge of computer systems and ERP systems (is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Excellent command of English
