Responsibilities:

Set Aura objectives in alignment with Aura management strategy and approve his/her` departments’ objectives and strategies.

Approve all departments’ plan and monitor their progress in consistency with Aura objectives.

Ensure the availability of all resources needed for the operations and support activities in order to reach Aura objectives.

Set Aura restaurant / Branch sales targets that contribute in achieving Aura objectives and conduct quarterly monitoring of achievement progress.

Ensure delivering high quality of services to all Aura clients as per the set standards and Monitor clients’ satisfactions measurement process and follow up customer complaints within his/her location in coordination with the CS department.

Ensure implementing all work standards, policies, and procedures related to Food Safety, restaurant, Branch field, management and operations support.

Ensure spreading Aura culture among Aura clients and employees and communicate it effectively to new employees.

Approve all new activities within Aura restaurant / Branch in order to attract new clients and enhance loyalty of current clients.

Approve Aura list of suppliers and suppliers’ evaluation results and ensure taking the needed corrective and improvement actions.

Provide Aura team with the needed training and awareness to maintain high level of team performance.

Observe and manage the operational costs and ensure control in this approach.

Maintain and protect Aura image, explore and seize new opportunities to add value to work processes and raise suggestions to Aura CEO.

Approve market intelligence and competitor analysis report, suggest corrective and preventive actions raise them to CEO for final approval.

Ensure effective and accurate cash workflow processes and ensure control in this approach.

Manage the aura orders within his branch in coordination with concerned parties.

Conduct spot and regular checks to all branch facilities.
-
Ensure the effective implementation and follow up of maintenance works and other outsource processes within his\her location.

Ensure effective handover between shifts and organization of team attendance and shifts.
Qualifications:
-
4-5 years of experience in a related field.
-
Degree in Hotel&Tourism Science(Institute or University) as a minimum.
