Business Analyst develops and designs system solutions, tests the performance and usability of systems and prepares user training documentation.

Responsible for doing Impact Analysis of Changes / CRs and a key participant in the CR process.

Perform Customer Needs Analysis and Business Requirements Analysis by identifying current pain areas and both stated & unstated requirements (including NFRs)

Perform assurance activities throughout life-cycle of the project once SRS and RTM are signed-off.
Key Tasks:

Owner of SRS and RTM and responsible for keeping the same updated.

Provide guidance to the team and understanding the problem do a top and down and bottom-up approach for any given problem and understand the gap.

Expected to review the solutions and efforts, compliance reviews for solutions.

Ability to showcase knowledge on how the business process is designed and the flow, any changes which can impact our solutions.

Handover to Support Unit post-implementation.
