Job Description:
  • E2E Solution Designer designs and develops integrated IT architecture solutions for internal and/or external clients - in terms of Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Data Architecture, and Integration Architecture
  • He/She identifies current architecture problems, future technological goals and provides expert advice on solutions.
  • He/She serves as a technical expert on solutions design, development and implementation requirements to address business needs.
  • He/She is an expert in telecom domain, especially in O/BSS area.
  • He/She is proficient in all various integrations between O/ BSS components.
  • He/She is proficient in NFRs and Deployment of end-to-end solutions onto various environments
  • He/She is recognized as among the most experienced and knowledgeable resources within the field in the organization.
  • He/She collaborates with other departments on architecture solutions design.
  • He/She integrates diverse needs and perspectives from internal and external clients and possesses a creative mind to develop new and fresh ideas and solutions.
  • He/She possesses strong leadership and communication abilities and is able to influence key stakeholders and his clients.
 
Key Interfaces : 
  • Customer's Business & Business Process Community, Customer's Users, Customer's IT teams, Developers/project managers/testers/ network engineers / other stakeholders throughout the process.
 
KRAs : 
  • Creation and sign-off of HLD and associated design artifacts.
  • Creation of any Business Process design
  • Responsible for doing Impact Analysis of Changes / CRs and key participant in the CR process.
  • Responsible for assuring delivery into each environment
  • Responsible for ensuring all requirements have a solution designed for them - leveraging the best out-of-box features in products to the extent possible.
 
Key Tasks : 
  • Skilled in relevant tools.
  • Perform Customer Needs Analysis and Business Requirements Analysis by identifying current pain areas and both stated & unstated requirements (including NFRs)
  • Perform assurance activities throughout life-cycle of the project once HLD and other design artifacts are signed-off.
  • Owner of HLD (including Business Architecture Design, Application Architecture Design, Data Architecture Design, and Interface Architecture Design) and responsible for keeping the same updated.
  • Provide guidance to the team and understanding the problem  do a top and down and bottom-up approach for any given problem and understand the gap.
  • Expected to review the solutions and efforts, compliance reviews for solutions.
  • Ability to showcase knowledge on how the business process is designed and the flow, any changes which can impact our solutions.
  • Identify the best tools to be used in the overall delivery process.
  • Build solutions which will be termed as future proof and easily reusable, comply with 70:20:10 principle of solution design where 70% solution should be driven by product,20% will be via customization and 10% by changes in the core product.
  • Ability to provide guidance to the team on different methodologies on automation and helping in increasing the maturity level of the solution provided.

  • Should have Good Knowledge of below Modules: CRM, OM, UPC, Billing, Rating, Reports. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills - especially English language skills & expertise in presenting to customer stakeholders and coordinating with offshore / dev center based other resources.
 
Min. Qualification Req.:
MCA/BE/BTech.
 
Min. Experience Req.:
  • 8+
