Industrial company located in rural Damascus is looking to hire the following vacancy:
Monitor employee's attendance to avoid delays and absence and handle employees leaves annual,
and sick, overtime.
Responsible for the registration of new employees and remove resigned employees from health insurance.
Manage and document employee complaints.
Follow up all the employees warnings and rewards, and maintain detailed records and reports related to complaints and
Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Follow up with social security.
Assist with preparing, publishing and job postings on various sources, receive, screen CVs.
Follow up with the new hires and request the new hires documents.
Assist with sending apologizes and scheduling interviews.
Bachelor degree in Economics, business administration, or any related major.
Experience of 2 years in human resources.
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
knowledge of human resources policies, procedures rules and regulations.
computer skills: very good (Ms. Excel especially).
English: an advanced level, spoken and written.
