Industrial company located in rural Damascus is looking to hire the following vacancy:

HR Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor employee's attendance to avoid delays and absence and handle employees leaves annual,

and sick, overtime.

  • Responsible for the registration of new employees and remove resigned employees from health insurance.

  • Manage and document employee complaints.

  • Follow up all the employees warnings and rewards, and maintain detailed records and reports related to complaints and

warnings issues.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

  • Follow up with social security.

  • Assist with preparing, publishing and job postings on various sources, receive, screen CVs.

  • Follow up with the new hires and request the new hires documents.

  • Assist with sending apologizes and scheduling interviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Economics, business administration, or any related major.

  • Experience of 2 years in human resources.

  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

  • knowledge of human resources policies, procedures rules and regulations.

  • computer skills: very good (Ms. Excel especially).

  • English: an advanced level, spoken and written.
