Responsibilities:

Participate in Preparing of the organizational structure of the group.

Participate in Preparing of analysis and job description.

Interviews and Employment.

Prepare Movements in the group.

Prepare job offers.

Participate in Preparing of policies, procedures and Forms of the Group.

Preparing and monitoring the performance appraisal of employees in the group.
-
Follow-up with the benefits and compensation unit regarding salaries, entitlements and employees attendance in the group.

Prepare Experience and employment certificates and everything related publications section.

Organizing and implementing training courses in the group.

Attend conferences and specialized forums.
-
Organizing and attending employment fairs.
-
Implement Orientation Program for group for new employees.
-
Preparing the monthly reports of the Human Resources Department.
Requirements:
-
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
-
At least 5 years experience in HR field.
-
Very good knowledge of Excel and reporting.
