Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
  • Provides support and guidance to HR staff and other staff when complex, specialized, and questions and issues arise.
  • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs, Manage the remuneration structure and salary reviews.
  • Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
 
Requirements:
  • University degree as minimum.
  • 5 to 7 years’ experience as minimum in same field.
 
Work Place and time:
  • Rural Damascus, Dimas
  • Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
