Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.

Provides support and guidance to HR staff and other staff when complex, specialized, and questions and issues arise.

Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs, Manage the remuneration structure and salary reviews.

Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Requirements:

University degree as minimum.
-
5 to 7 years’ experience as minimum in same field.
Work Place and time:

Rural Damascus, Dimas

Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
