Key duties & responsibilities:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

Perform a weekly check for the backup operation.

Help desk assistants log communications to keep a detailed record of all problems diagnosed and fixed.
Required Skills:

Institute degree in computer science with one year experience as minimum in the same field.

Good understanding in computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products (CCTV, access doors machines, attendance devices) with a basic knowledge in Microsoft server side & networking (IPs, routing, switching, sub-netting) & the ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.

Good knowledge in English language.
