Responsibilities:

Manage up to 20 sales agents. Monitor and control performance using appropriate reports and tracking systems.

Handle escalation of inbound and outbound calls. Be the first point of contact for internal and external queries to deal with daily issues.

Conduct training. Get involved in employees hiring and termination processes.

Suggest new services/products and system improvements to increase department productivity.
Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a manager, team leader or supervisor.

Experience in dealing with big data and various kind of reports.

Excellent computer skills (MS Office, CRM, ERP, and other software).

High professional communication skills at all levels.

Excellent command of English (Speaking and writing).
