Responsibilities:

Data entry as requested.

Maintain and update all digital and hard copy client files.

Work with department Supervisor to analyze and revise data and activities.

Identify different types of data that need tracking.

Generate easy-to-interpret reports based on collected data.

Work with department Supervisor to create data collection guidelines for internal use.

Manage workflow by assigned tasks to the Reception employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related subject.

Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Excel.
-
organization skills and dedication to completing tasks in a timely manner.

Experience with high-level CRM software preferred.
-
2+ years’ administration experience required.
-
Ability to maintain workflow in a fast-paced environment.
-
Willing to work with all levels of internal management and utilize internal resources.
