How You Will Contribute

As a Sales Development Representative your main function is to be a driven problem solver, exploring and researching new markets, understanding the market dynamics and key players, identifying potential clients and connecting with them. Online research and building relationships with prospects will be the central part of your job. You must have great organizational and communication skills, as well as being focused on lead generation and strategic outreach.
Your responsibilities:

Explore and research new markets to help the company clearly map and identify the market dynamics

Identify and assess competitors and potential partners in each market

Conduct market research to identify new leads and their contact details

Establishing communication channels with the leads through a multi-touch approach

Work with the marketing team to generate and update all needed marketing assets

Support the senior sales team and sales with the client discussions outbound strategies and lead generating efforts

Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-ups with the sales team

Experimenting and bringing innovative lead generation ideas to the process

Track all efforts in the CRM and report progress to the sales team and the CEO
Your profile:

Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field

A minimum of 2 years experience in a sales position

Great communication skills in English, both written and oral, familiarity with other languages are a plus

Stellar organizational skills allowing you to stay on top of the daily busy activity

Strong technical background that’s required to operate the tools needed for research and outreach

Knowledge of the enterprise software market or the ability to learn new software quickly, healthcare industry knowledge is a plus

You enjoy making outbound calls every day
