A solution integrator is responsible to collaborate with project managers, software engineers and business analysts to ensure Customers needs are met.
Solution Integrator will need to work internally with cross department teams to design, improvise solutions, report issues/bugs, etc..
This position is responsible for the designing of a cloud-based and/or Physical B/OSS solution in Telecom Operator landscape.
Responsible for IOT/POC with network components & other external applications touching to products/solutions offered, Work with Operator’s IT, Network, Security teams to analyse the requirement and design solution to fit into their network.
Analyse current deployed solution to estimate Efforts and Design to work on Migration strategy towards new deployed solution
Responsible for architecture improvements, recommending process improvements.
Key Interfaces :
Developers/ project managers / testers / network engineers / other stakeholders throughout the process.
Successful implementation and deployment of Project into each environment - especially integration with customer's network and other external applications.
Support for SIT and UAT as per agreed SLAs.
Support the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools.
Key Tasks :
To implementation of solution's interfaces as per given responsibility.
Creation of Interface Specification Document for each interface.
Expertise of various telecom products of Sterlite Tech.
Preparing Network LLD, Call flow diagrams etc.
Active participation in Project Activities i.e.. IOT, UAT etc.
To coordinate with customer & consumer towards completion of Project.
To execute project life cycle for Installation, CR, VT, AT and Handover projects.
Domain knowledge in Billing / Rating / Charging / Mediation / Interconnect / Prepaid / Reports / Web Self Care /EliteAAA installation, configuration & maintenance
Should provide inputs for performance improvement.
Responsible for any API specific SLAs and KPIs.
To co-ordinate Product team for technical discussion; understanding of the Project requirements.
Should be able to convert customer requirement Product need based on discussion with Customer.

Should have Good Knowledge of below Modules: CRM, OM, UPC, Billing, Rating, Reports. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Sound communication and interpersonal skills - especially English language skills & expertise in presenting to customer stakeholders and coordinating with offshore / dev centre based other resources.
