Job Description:
  •  Lead the technical team to develop solution as per agreed requirement specs.
  •  Development and delivery of key features system users require in the system as well as integration strategies to update existing systems that will transition into the new system build down the road.
  • Ensure NFRs are delivered as per agreed non-functional requirement specs.
  • Create component specific LLDs.
  • Conduct the testing of completed code modules with the help of other developers, fixing code as needed to ensure a smooth system deployment with the intended functionality.
  • Plan and execute all deployment of system features and monitor for successful integration, maintaining the system throughout its lifecycle.
  • Build, test and support various desktop applications at the request of the business support department.
  • Review team members' code.
Key Interfaces : 
  • Developers/project managers/testers/ network engineers / other stakeholders throughout the process.
KRAs : 
  • Successful implementation and deployment of Project into each environment.
  • Collation of status reporting across the project from a technical delivery perspective.
  • Effective tracking and communication of project status and metrics for technical delivery.
  • Support the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools.
Key Tasks : 
  • Implementation of solutions as per given responsibility.
  • Design & development (including reviews and unit testing) of the solution as per agreed requirement specs.
  • Expertise of various telecom products of Sterlite Tech.
  • Preparing Network LLD, Call flow diagrams etc.
  • Must be expert in Tomcat, Apache, Postgre and Oracle with hands on experience.
  • Active participation in Project Activities i.e.. IOT, UAT etc.
  • Expert in Installation, deployment, configuration, Maintenance, and Monitoring
  • Expert in Operating System Installation & Administration of Linux, Sun Solaris, and Shell Scripting.
  • Proficient in Oracle & Postgre installation & Administration.
  • Proficient in Oracle & Postgre Back Up & Restore.
  • To coordinate with customer & consumer towards completion of the Project.
  • To execute a project life cycle for Installation, CR, VT, AT and Handover projects.
  • Domain knowledge in Billing / Rating / Charging / Partner Settlements / Prepaid / Reports / Web Self Care based solutions.
  • Provide inputs for Hardware sizing.
  • Should provide inputs for performance improvement.
  • To co-ordinate Product team for technical discussion; understanding of the Project requirements.
  • Should be able to convert customer requirement Product need based on discussion with Customer.

  • Exposure with a technology-focused organization.
  • Should have Good Knowledge of below Modules:
  • CRM, OM, UPC, Billing, Rating, Reports. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills - especially English. language skills & expertise in presenting to customer stakeholders and coordinating with offshore / dev center based other resources.
  • Trouble-shooting and Problem Solving.
  • Adherence to SLAs.
Min. Qualification Req.:
  • MCA/BE/BTech

  • 8+
