Develop engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms, aligning with the brand goals,
and define target audience and create content that resonates with the audience on various social media platforms.
Manage content calendars for different social media platforms, ensuring consistent and timely posts.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to adapt strategies accordingly.
Address customer inquiries and concerns on social media platforms, providing timely and helpful responses.
Monitor social media analytics, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns.
Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus.
Ability to adapt to changing social media trends and algorithms.
Strong creative thinking and content creation skills in both Arabic and English.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
