Responsibilities:

Perform daily and weekly backup as per backup procedure, and ensure that backup logs are accurate and updated.

Monitor system's performance and availability and analyze history reports through Network Management system, and immediately respond to any alarm.

Assure that virus definitions are updated on all systems on a daily basis.

Deploy system patches and security updates.

Provide third level support to users as per Help desk escalation procedures.

Document systems configuration and maintain logs for maintenance action.
-
Test and evaluate new products as per requested.
-
Create, modify and delete accounts.
-
Provide Network and Internet access.
-
Research for solution and new technology to improve system administration tasks performance and response.
-
Troubleshoot, and resolve or correct systems problems.
-
Install, configure and implement new systems according to plans and procedures.
