Job Description:
The mission of this job is to communicate with customers, solve all the problems they are subjected to, test the software details accurately, and explain to the customers the software program works.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Training the program and learning how to test it accurately.
  • Know all the information related to the products and provide a detailed explanation for the customers.
  • Listen to customer complaints and solve all the problems they are exposed to.
  • Ensure customers' satisfaction with the products and services provided.
  • Continuous communication with the customer and good handling and product delivery in the best way.
  • Solving customer problems and issuing a daily report to the supervisors and raising the problem for the manager in the event of inability to solve them.
 
Skills:
  • The ability to understand the kind of personalities and the delivery of information commensurate with their intellectual level.
  • Persuasion.
  • High ability to communicate with customers regardless of their cultural background.
  • Ability to solve problems.
  • Fluent in dealing with accounts.
  • Presence at all times.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
 
Requirements:
  • Holds a university degree or a commercial institute.
  • Accounting.
  • sql server database.
